Shipping and delivery

Delivery time to the Peninsula is 5 to 7 working days and up to 10 days for shipments to the Balearic Islands and Portugal.

Payment method

Valid payment methods for purchase are as follows:

Payment with debit or credit card.

Bank transfer. The order will not be prepared until the payment is confirmed in our bank account.

Shipping costs

Shipments to mainlad Spain and mainland Portugal (no shipments to the Azores and Madeira islands): 6€

Shipments to Islas Baleares: 9 € (we do not ship to the islands of Portugal, or if you want, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, in which case the customer has to send and pay their own courier)

Shipping to Melilla and Ceuta: 12€

Shipping to Canarias Islands: 28€

Shipping to Europe: Fashion Can reserves the right to ship to certain countries in Europe.

Important: NO SHIPPING TO ISLANDS OF EUROPEAN COUNTRIES, nor to IRELAND, metani to GREECE and neither to United Kingdom UK. They will only be shipped to islands that have an explicit rate for islands.

France: 10€

Finland, Norway y Serbia: 25€

Bosnia y Croatia: 29€

Rest of European Union countries: 15€

Availability and out-of-stock products

In most cases, if an item is no longer available, it disappears completely from our website.

A message may also be displayed on the product page indicating that the product is out of stock.

However, in some cases, variations in inventory may cause items that appear to be in stock when you place your order to actually be out of stock. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible that the order cannot be completed, making the refund of the total amount.

Return of articles

Sergio Gómara will be responsible for the full refund of the amount, including return shipping costs if the item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order.

If the reason for the return is that the item is not to your liking, we will refund the amount but you will have to pay the delivery and/or return shipping costs.
